You may indeed.  The idea is to mount a plasma screen on the vertical metal
shaft.  (Hitachi 5200 + PWT001 wall bracket + some welding ).  The shaft
will be held in some sort of bearings top and bottom.  The whole thing is
built into a large cupboard with the the screen flush with the cupboard
sides facing the viewer.  When not in use I rotate the screen by 180
degrees
and present some false cupboard doors to the world which are fitted to the
rear of the screen.  Motorizing this rotation is what I'm after.  Think
haunted house / secret door, fire place.
