I've been using DVD copy from intervideo. This also gives you the
opportunity to copy to mpeg 1 or Divx as well as Mpeg2.
I have also found that it is pretty quick as well.
There are plenty of packages around but some require multiple packages
to complete the full process I wanted to do this by pressing one
button
