Subject: [ukha_d] [OTish] wireless network help

hey all,

is there such a thing as a 16-bit wireless netowrk card? the reason
I ask is that I have a couple of old laptops i'd like to use as
remote desktops to play mp3's etc and use word in the garden. I know
these laptops don't have cardbus slots, hence the request for info...

Would a CF network card in a CF - PCMCIA adapter work?

Thanks for taking the time to help,

Matt
