Ho Yin,

You're that much further into London (by distance) than me. However, I'm
close to a fast rail service, so time-wise there's not so much in it if the
commute-time is the issue.

I am still trying to find anything decent near the £160-£180k mark that
isn't a shoe box and somewhere the pizza delivery man will actually come!
