I am using a pair of these which seem to work fine:

Not cheap I know! But I need the audio and I may at some point use=20
their dist. hub for multi-clients.

I am told you don't really need the ballon side of things. If you=20
are handy with a soldering iron you can just use the pairs directly.
Russound do some standard cat5 to Phono composite video ballons too.=20
The are about =A340 a pair from cyberselect (I think)
