Hi Paul,

I have tried exactly the steps here that you have tried and it works
for me - I am using the 0.6 version. I tried it with the older version and
it failed.  However I know James did create a slight 'side effect' when he
added 'one last' feature last night and that resulted in exactly the effect
you describe so I'm hoping its all fixed with the current release now.
