Not get the site spark to lay the cat5 (in a year and not a meter in
sight).
Get over the feeling of imminent death 20' up on a 2" beam which meant
that I went to the spark in the first place.
Get the builder to put in drainage like I wanted before the rain tried
to wash my garden away.
Put in some wired IR transmitters because for some reason WiFi gets
there but remote signals don't
