Vapochill is in a different league to water cooling, u are  into serious
sub
zero temps with vapochill. Yes it is expensive but you do get the ultimate
in overclocking. Otherwise, depending on your requirements, look at a dual
processor rig. Plus Vapochill is very quiet. You never really specified
what
it is you want, fast, quiet or both. You can get a lot of nice passive
cooling these days for northbridge, gpx card etc. Currently most of the cpu
passive coolers are poor, but you can use larger slower fans to keep the
noise down. The Antec Sonata is a nice quiet case.
