Disk checking - odd problem

I=92ve just found out that one of my MP3 HDD=92s has some serious problems
=
=96 playing a particular track actually plays something else!

I guess the FAT has become corrupted somehow.

Any ideas for something that might fix it =96 some hope though :-(
