Dismantling a Sony Vaio

I know that this has come up before - but for a different model. I
need to replace the hard disk in a Sony Vaio PCG Z600 HEK. I'm usually
pretty good at getting things apart (and in true UKHA style, a bit
more ropy when it comes to putting them back together), but this has
got me stumped. The keyboard is free, but the frame seems to be
clamped at the LCD hinges (which have integral speakers). It looks
like the plastic covers on each speaker should unclip to reveal/free
the hinge mechanism, but I can't work out how to do it without
snapping them.

Any tips most appreciated...

Patrick
