[OT] Vigor 2600V - Problem

Router works fine when connected to a single PC.

But once connected to my main Switch (Netgear FSM726) the ACT and QOS
lights
come on, followed by all 4 LAN lights (flash orange twice).  This continues
in a loop.

Any ideas?
