Hi,
I do not have a CM11 but a TW 523. May be the problem is similar?
My experience is that a resister fails (smells and went tot isolation) and
so replaced it by one with a much higher heat capacity (=>5* the specs
value) .

Note: the indicated heat capaicty is 1watts for 22V installation, I now use
5 watts!!
