Ethernet to parallel I/O

What I want is a cheap ethernet to parallel i/o interface.

No need for boxed unit. Prebuilt card ok.
Most units on web are ethernet to serial.

Need ethernet (10M fine)
absolute minimum 1 input and 3 outputs.
prefer 3 inputs and 8 or even 16 outputs.
outputs can be TTL.

Any ideas?
