Tom Tom Go appears as a USB mass storage device under windows,
providing access to the map memory card. It looks like the POI data is
stored in a file called poi.dat. Whatever format it is stored in, it's
not the same as that provided by the pocketgpsworld link above. I'll
drop TomTom a line on the offchance that they're willing to share the
new(?) format.
