Bit of a bone of contetion that one ;-) TomTom Navigator only searches
using
the first 4 digits of a postcode, you then still have to enter street and
house number :-(

If you're running on PPC then get a copy of UKPostcode
http://www.digitools.co.uk/ukpostcode.php

If you have TomTom Go or Palm version (like me) then you are stuck at the
moment

Hi P,

Quick Q... How many digits of postcodes will it take ? I am realy
after the holy grail of being able to enter all the digits as significant
to
get to exact location with postcode/street number ?? I think you mentioned
6
which is fine for single digit areas LS3 1AB but not seven LS29 1AB - or
maybe it doesn't work like that the last digit always being ignored.
