I'm sure these will appear soon - if they're available for
"normal"
tom-tom then it may even be possible to import them as is, since AIUI
there is a lot of commonality software wise.

Yes, absolutely. It has a quick release catch to detach from the
windscreen mount, the matter of a moments work. The windscreen mount
itself will also detach in a single action, but doing this regularly
leaves suction cup marks on the screen.
