It appears to have been called everything imaginable on xap_automation. :-)
I've just come across a message from a couple of months ago promising the
release of xAPCTI ... later that day xAPTel is released :-) Hard to keep
track when the names change that quick.

I think Zoom modems are also supported by xAPTel.

Well, he could have meant CLI which is perfectly correct, though CLIP would
probably be more appropriate

CLIP = Calling Line Identification Presentation
CLI = Calling Line Identification
CID = Call Instance Data
