Do you mean that you will be terminating CAT5/coax in the SAME box as
mains?
Or that they will be in separate boxes, albeit in close proximity?

Provided that you terminate them in separate boxes (or use the dual boxes
which have a physical barrier between the two sides) there should be no
problem from an electrical safety POV.
