Thats what it is then.  My slink-e reflects the documentation,
whereupon IR0 is a mono mini jack socket, and IR1 is a three pin
connector.  I've not seen a slink-e with a RJ11 socket.  A little
bit of research shows that version 2.2 of the slkink-e was RJ11
based.

I'll try and find out a bit more info, but tea is calling...
