I can also offer that - 21.99 +vat, although for a static IP its 24.99+vat

seems like Plusnet is offering the best package.

=A321.99 for a 512kb line unmetered with no capping.

If I migrate from BT there is not migration fee or setup charges if I sign
up for 1 year.

Sounds good to me.

also for =A329.99 you can get a 1mb line .. but I have no need for that.
