Its one of the PTZ Dome CCTV cameras on the "Long Bar" http://www.longbar.co.uk
It changes position to one of its presets every 85 seconds. As well as
being
fed to the CCTV system it also feeds a WinTV card on an ADSL connected
Win2K
machine.
Webcam32 captures the image and FTP's the Thumbnail and larger image to

shows the images at 00,05,10,15,20,25,30,35,40,45,50,55 minutes
