RE: cheap VPN solution...

I'm afraid we just plugged ours in and it worked
i.e. my house is on the work network
we also use it for an satellite office in Cardiff it replaced a leased
line!!
what other features am I missing?

ipcop has limited vpn funcionality, I too use it to vpn into work, but if
you want to do anything more sophisticated, I think you will find it
lacking.
The pay for version of smoothwall, has top notch vpn support, but I'm not
paying that person a cent :)
