I was puzzled at first as there is no filtering rule that generates the
above rejection message on both of our primary servers but the message is
unmistakably ours. I eventually found it in our local server and have
disabled it. The rule (header rule check number 16) was originally
designed to intercept the Sobig virus when it's activity was at its peak.
The virus inserted a bogus X-Mailscanner header line in the e-mail.
