Just been sent this by a friend, although slightly OT, if you've got
grand plans of long wifi ranges from home then it makes interesting
reading.

Personally, I have put a 12db Omni Directional Antenna on my roof and can
get a good signal for a few 100 meters just on my normal Dell Axim CF wifi
card. I have friends and neighbours in the area using my net :-).
