Apparently there have been some problems with the hotel not recognising
the=
event as 'UKHA' and therefore not offering the discounted rooms.=20
I have now confirmed with them that the event is called UKHA and that
every=
one booking under that reference should get the discounted rate of =A345
pe=
r night for single rooms and =A330 per person per night for those sharing.

I you have any problems getting those rates then you can also mention
'Sola=
rfish Limited' as I signed the event contract through my business, but
that=
really shouldn't be necessary.
