[ot] calling all builders / roofers

Hiyall,
following some bad luck with local builders / roofers on a few simple
jobs that needed doing, am looking at a bit of DIY. The one bit thats
missing is the how to's. :-o  I know the right end of a hammer from the
wrong end and have done internal DIY before so am looking for someone
who doesn't mind answering some basic questions and generally being
pestered by e-mail.

Replys off list would probely be best :)

(oh and if anyone has any good URL's they dont mind sharing - they could
be on list I guess as others may well find a use!)
