The "flaps" are called "barn doors". I could have sworn
that TLC used to do
one, but going through the catalogue, I can't find any... their website
only
shows an interior lighting match for the search :-(

However, armed with the knowledge of what they're called, a Google search
becomes possible.

shows that at
least someone in the UK does them, as a separate barn doors attachment. No
idea on quality or pricing though.
