Not that much difference ! But the intent to stay at 30 can easily slip to
40....certainly not an intent to wipe out a town mode !

I hope you're one of the seemingly few people who actually knows what the
limits are!
Yesterday I had a shock when the guy in front slammed on his brakes when
he
spotted a speed camera at the last second. He was already just under the
speed limit (70mph), but obviously decided he should be doing 40 instead.
:-(
Unfortunately, no camera will catch a dangerous twat like that.
And don't get me started on the huge numbers of people who think that the
national limit for a car on a dual carriageway is 60 rather than 70...
