Afraid not...

All I have is a printed document, a schematic diagram.

This shows a "chock-block" labelled "room thermostat"
and it is this that has the link.

Then on another page there is a line drawing showing the boiler with an
arrow pointing to the rough location of the chock-block, but there are also
lines representing the mains cable and a cable marked "externals
controls lead (not supplied)" so this leads me to thinking they are
different connections.

I suppose I could contact the manufactures?

Hi Brian,

More than likely, but as I have not  seen the wiring for your boiler I
can't really make the assumption and say yes. Do you have PDF of the
wiring by any chance or point me to where I can download it?
