I've popped it on now, in http://groups.yahoo.com/group/ukha_d/files/
called Bush.ccf

Because I was doing this for Phil's requirements, which were not to
operate a Bush box, but for other control purposes, I learned A-Z,
cursors and numbers as described, and I then learned most of the other
keys (excluding shifted stuff) such as red/green/yellow/blue, enter, tab

escape etc under a blank copy of the A-Z template, so they are in effect

un-labelled.
