I've had it for about 18 months so I'll have to dig out the web site.  I
purchased it from the US as a complete package.  The company was based in
Arizona and were the cheapest I could fine.  I remember it was more
expensive than the Kustom equivalent but I was more than happy to pay it at
the time because of the problems I had been through ..

The power supply is switchable so I just had to swap the fuse and away we
go.

The keypads are the CA-LCD2
