1)download the Bit Torrent client from
http://bitconjurer.org/BitTorrent/

2) then install it wherever you want to.

3) go back onto suprnova.org and find the file you want

4) save the file (its only about 6kb) this is the link file to the
item you want.

5) once downloaded open the file and bit torrent will ask you where
you want to save the output.  Save it where you want.

6) bit torrent will open up a download screen - keep this open!  If
you need to shut down your machine etc it will restart from the
point you stopped.
