Gareth,
If you are really desperate I may be able to help, sort of.
I don't live in the M25 M3 M4 triangle, I live in Sevenoaks so fail on
the first point.
I haven't installed C-Bus so guess I fail that too.
However, I do have a working C-Bus Board that was built on the two day
course, and I have attended the course...
The board has the programmer, RS232, a 4 way switch (Not the flashy Neo)
movement detector, light level unit, and a 4 way dimmer hooked up to 4
lamps.
I could show you the basic H/W and walk you through the programming...
I will be using C-Bus but have a way to go before I'm ready for 2nd fix,
see website.

As you may know, Ive moved into the new house - Node 0 is partially
alive
in the rack I've blagged and CAT5 flood wire is next. So, do I carry on
with X10 or go with CBUS - to be honest, I know sod all about cbus, and
have never seen anything decent that explains it all nor it's topolgy.
So, is anyone who has cbus in the m4/m3/m25 triangle of hell up for
giving
me a demo and lowdown ?
Ta !
G.
ps Keith - I want some KAT5 units - leave the child, and get soldering !
