What spec of PC are your running it off Tony? The recommended PC spec is
quite high and there's quite a difference between the minimum and
recommended specs.

I've been watching the Pinnacle support forums over the past couple of
weeks
and both of these problems (amongst others) come up quite frequently.
Users
with high end PCs (3ghz) seem to be 'okay' and the remote problem seems to
be not the remote but the PC s/w and appears to be particularly bad playing
mp3 files...

There is talk of some alternative open source s/w coming available soon so
perhaps it's worth keeping an eye out for that...

Hi,

Just back from hols so still catching up. I bought one very recently, but
is not yet set up to my satisfaction, hence no review of it yet.
Initial impressions are a tad disappointing though - the UI is a bit slow
and the remote can be unresponsive, and there are issues with network
shares
for example, but still it's a very new product in fairness, so perhaps
these
things will be ironed out in time.....
