I think your smallest option right now would be a mini-itx board in one of
the
Travla C134 cases, which are about the size of a car stereo head unit.

I can heartily recommend the former site, they have fantastic customer
service, but they specialise in Linux rather than windows (which suits me
fine!). I have used the latter on occasion with no cause for complaint, but
they don't have any memory you could use in the case, whereas linitx do.
