The label on the back will tell you the model number. Any warranty will
be null & void due to "customer abuse" (unless he has some
sort of
extended warranty which covers accidental damage)

Having a quick google finds www.ipaqrepair.co.uk who offer various parts
and services depending on what model it is.

Also for Tom Dubourg on this subject, if you can't get your 3630 rescued
