Short answer no.

Long answer, buy C-Bus which has fully programmable ramp rates ;)

The other long answer would be not connecting the momentary directly
across the LD11 (or having a seperate on/off momentary as you say) and
connecting it to HV or a PC based solution to get it to then send an
extended X10 command to dim directly to a level.
