And also the site that link to the sites that link to you!

A link from the BBC or a site itself with heaps of links to it, but not
many out of it, gets you up high on google.. You can check who links to
you on Google for searching for your domain preceded with "link:"
(e.g.
link:www.blueteeth.info), I have only one link to my site, but if you
search for keywords that relate to my stuff, it normally comes back
quite high.  Analysing your apache logs gives a good indication of what
people have got to your site searching for too.. Can be very
entertaining :)

the algorithms...
