As others have suggested, the answer on the face of it is yes.
However, these look like the mains input capacitors of a switched
mode power supply, and as such may have a requirement to accept a
large ripple current without overheating. Overheating of
electrolytic caps through excessive ripple current is Very Bad
Indeed, leading to capacitor failure. By failure I mean, of course,
electrolytic capacitor explosion, which when it happens you wont
forget. (a number of members will now be grinning)
So checking the ripple current rating of the original and the new
replacement(s) is advised.
