Re: Bathroom TV

Rob,

Great minds think alike!
I've been planning to install a 7" TFT at the foot of the bath. I've
seen
the Joytech one but I hadn't seen it on Play.com. I'm sure they must have
the wrong price??? I'm certain I've seen it everywhere else for £200+.
Just preordered one with them, so hopefully if it's a mistake they will
honour the price :o) Thanks for the link.

I'm thinking of gluing the screen to toughened glass and then recessing it
all into a gasketed marble surround held in place with 4 stainless allen
screws. Small TFTs seem to give off quite a bit of heat for their size. I
was hoping that the heat from the screen would help prevent the glass from
steaming up. I've installed heated mirrors in the bathroom, but it's not
always necessary to use them - it depends how cold the bathroom is before
you run a bath.

Regards

Simon
