OT : Outlook & IE Questions
Hi all,
Q1 isn't OT, but Q 2 is. However, you lot are more likely to know the
answers to this than my IT support people!
1. I use Outlook 2002 on both my desktop and laptop machines. The main
inbox is kept on the server, but I archive things locally in pst files.
If I want to get access to the contents of these pst files, I have to
copy them from desktop to laptop, and back, to keep them in sync. Does
anyone know of a good tool (or windows function) that will
_automatically_ keep the two files in sync, by some sort of regular
checking whenever the two machines appear on the network (ie the laptop
comes home)?
2. On my desktop machine, IE 6 autocomplete is enabled for web
addresses. However, I want to enable it for forms too, but the
check-box is greyed out. I'm on as a user with admin privileges, but
can't enable forms, user names or passwords. Any idea why?
Thanks for any help.
Jake.
