Clive,

The bug problem has occurred since the dual recording upgrade.  Some
programmes get 'stuck' at 17 minutes when trying to FF at 30x speed.  It
only seems to happen once the hard drive is approx 1/2 full.  It can be
sorted by reformatting the hard drive via 'housekeeping', performing a full
reset and then resetting the LNB.
This hopefully won't be a problem for you since the Sky+ box will
automatically format the hard drive and reset when you install it.
