Network Media Players & Freeview PCI/USB Cards

I've searched through ukha-archive.com, and I can't for the life of me find
the list of available network media players. I'm trying to find what
options I have that will play video/audio/images. Alternatively, any
multi-machine reviews would be useful. It'll be easier to plug one of
these
into my TV than build a PC/Xbox to do it!

On a related note, does anyone record video from a Freeview adapter like
the
Hauppauge Nova-T? I'm looking for options for recording in a sensible
format (ie. one that the above can play) on my server. What software is
there other than Showshifter, MythTV, and Freevo? I have Tivo, but there's
no sensible solution to playing video from it in another room without
resorting to KAT5, which doesn't fit my requirements.

Cheers,
Andy (falling asleep at 19:30!)
