Very much doubt it provided all you did was reroute the existing cable.
No-one
would be able to tell. However if you extended it with a bit of 2.5 T&E
then it
would be slightly obvious and if it caused a fault which was obviously down
to
your work then you would possibly get charged for the visit.

Offers of Tea/Coffee and Choccy Biscuits on arrival usually get well
received
by visiting engineers :-)
