Modulator audio problem

I use a modulator to route a cctv camera (babycam) around the house,
the only problem is the audio.

The camera doesn't have an audio out so the audio inputs on the
modulator are not used, this results in interference in the form of
random pops and whistles.

Can I get anything to plug into these inputs to silence them?
