Could go that route but trying to make use of the kit I have to keep the
costs down! Not having much luck finding out whether its possible to attach
an external hard drive to an IPAQ - but will keep googling!

How about CF jacket and a large (several Gb CF) or Micro Drive? Although
much smaller than most HDD's

Have seen a PCMCIA to USB adapters but its cardbus & don't think the
IPAQ
supports this.

Just looking for a method of taking my MP3 collection with me when away

holiday (without spendings lots of dosh!). Or is this pie in the sky?
