Dunno - Mark may have corrected me by saying 1mtr, though i thought it was
less from memory :)

Good question though - I would agree that it would seem just like a
closure,
though i've never tried to see what voltage is passed, but as it seems so
distance specific i guess it is voltage...

Remember that it is small enough to fit in the back of a 48mm deep box -
dont think it'll fit in a 35mm

Why 500mm? It would be easiest to put bus coupler (and the C-Bus
dimmer) where the LD11's are now and they are miles from the momentary
switches.
What does the bus coupler want, a voltage or a contact closure?
