Anyone aware of some good basic web-site backup/publishing ftp S/W

I want to keep a complete mirror of my web-site locally and then nightly
upload any changed bits to the web - but also donwload any pages that are
newer on the web-site (I sometimes change bits from work etc)

An "update on demand" when required would also be good. Windows
preffered, as would "free" ;-)

Thanks

Dean
