I have a few file recovery software you could try
email me offlist and I will try to help.
It is a long shot but you might be able
to recover the file. In the meantime
it is important you don't boot into windows
or use the machine you might wipe more
of the file off the hard drive

one thing I would really recommend is making a
exact clone of the disk on to another drive.

That only works on system & program installations, not on user data
files IIRC.
