Hi Paul,

I've got an 3830 (same as yours but without BT).  I've taken mine=20
back to PC world 3 times for this reason - its even been sent off to=20
Compaq (HP now).  They told me there was nothing wrong and it was=20
probably just something I had done!  The cheek!

Maybe upgrading the BIOS would help? current version is 1.20=20
downloadable from Compaq's website.
